We invite you to an oyster evening where the true stars will be the jewels of the sea and three masters of their craft — guest chef Renārs Purmalis, head chef Juris Dukaļskis, and sommelier Juris Semjonovs — who will present an unforgettable story of food and wine. Renārs Purmalis, former world champion in oyster opening and a passionate explorer of seafood, will bring together the finest oyster varieties from around the world. He will share captivating stories from his recent journeys — from distant shores to the unique flavour nuances that only he can reveal. While Renārs opens the very best the sea has to offer, Juris Dukaļskis will create an unforgettable seven-course menu, where each bite is a tribute to nature’s pure flavours and seasonal inspiration. The experience will be completed by Juris Semjonovs, who will pair each course with wines from exclusive, renowned producers. This will be an evening about daring to taste, to savour, and to fall in love with oysters all over again.
