Delivery types

Product (except gift cards) delivery is provided by Omniva parcel machine and couriers. The delivery cost is calculated and shown after filling an address field and before accepting the order.

You can either receive order at Pavāru māja (adress - Pilsoņu iela 2, Līgatne., Cēsu novads) from Friday to Sunday, after receiving the email about completed order.

Delivery time

Order delivery time is 1-3 business days for delivery in Latvia and 3-5 business days for delivery in the rest of the Baltic countries. By Holiday time order delivery may take a bit longer.

Delivery information

Deliveries are provided from 9am to 6pm on business days, so please make sure to provide an address where you will be available during this time.

The delivery address must be as detailed as possible, please make sure you write down door code or other specific information so the courier can deliver your order on time. If not, delivery may take longer.

Make sure the phone number is provided correctly. 

The courier has the right to request the presentation of identification documents to verify the identity of a person.
