Ēriks Dreibants believes that everyone should have a place away from the city to spend time with their loved ones. Having organized birdwatching tours for several years in Līgatne, Latvia, he had little doubt that this place, with so many things to see and do, was a destination worth sharing. Far enough from the city to escape everyday struggles; close enough to return back quickly.
When creating the menu we focus on seasonal ingredients from local farmers and wildlife. In the cooking process we strive to follow to the principle 'from nose to tail'.
We have prepared a 4-course (lunch) and 8-course (dinner) tasting menu for you to enjoy a true adventure with the season's brightest flavors in our region.
