Moussé Champagne X Pavāru Māja

During the dinner, the Moussé Champagne House will be represented by Julie Daviaux, who together with Pavāru Māja sommelier Juris Semjonovs will introduce guests to the philosophy of the house and its champagnes. Chef Juris Dukaļskis will pair the champagnes with a six-course gourmet menu.
The Moussé estate is located in the village of Cuisles, in a small valley by the Marne River, where since 1923 the family has cultivated unique Meunier vines on distinctive green clay terroir. The Champagne house works with deep respect for nature and minimal intervention in the winemaking process, highlighting the authenticity of the terroir and the character of the Meunier grape. The result is elegant, pure and expressive champagnes with remarkable freshness and precision.

EUGÈNE is the most iconic champagne of the Moussé family — a tribute to the estate’s founder, Eugène Moussé. This special “perpetual reserve” cuvée has been crafted since 2003, enriched each year with wines from the new harvest.
During the dinner, guests will enjoy the 2003–2023 blend — a 21-year cuvée made from 80% Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the villages of Cuisles, Jonquery and Châtillon-sur-Marne.
