As part of the Līgatne Paper Mill Festival, we invite you to join our annual Long Table Dinner, held inside the historic halls of the Līgatne Paper Mill. The table will be set in a remarkable industrial setting, surrounded by the original paper-making machinery, creating a truly one-of-a-kind dining atmosphere.Your hosts for the evening will be Ēriks Dreibants and his team, while the special menu has been created by Juris Dukaļskis, Head Chef of Pavāru Māja. The menu celebrates the finest seasonal ingredients of August, showcasing the very best flavours the season has to offer.
