The drink is crafted from our own apple cider, enhanced with blackcurrant wine and aromatic spices: cinnamon, star anise, green cardamom pods, cloves, and allspice. This cider will be a wonderful companion for a meal shared with loved ones during the winter season. Chef Ēriks Dreibants recommends lightly warming it before enjoying.
