Blackcurrant - blueberry soda has a distinct blackcurrant aroma, with a flavor reminiscent of forest berry yogurt. This beverage was created in collaboration with our friend Jānis Kivilands, from the "Ābula ābols" farm in Trikāta Parish. Chef Ēriks Dreibants recommends enjoying it chilled.
