Daanius Aas’s cuisine stands out with pure, wild flavors that leave a lasting impression. Restaurant Hiis is often described as a “hidden, soulful gem of the culinary scene,” with a flavor journey deeply inspired by the surrounding nature. It is precisely this shared respect for nature and its gifts that has brought us together.
