From time to time, we invite people to come together for a special session dedicated to exploring a particular product or topic.
The dinner will be prepared by our head chef Juris Dukaļskis in tandem with Arnór Ingi Bjarkason, the head chef of Lithuania’s Green Star Michelin restaurant. The two chefs will work by the 'nose-to-tail' principle, offering seasonal ingredients and surprising guests with their collaborative creations.
"Red Brick” is the only restaurant in Lithuania awarded a "Michelin" Green Star, just as “Pavāru māja” in Līgatne is the only Green Star restaurant in Latvia. Arnór was brought to Lithuania by love. He now runs an organic farm where the restaurant is located.
Aperitifs will be served from 6:00 PM, and dinner will begin at 7:00 PM.
